Brooke Springer, FOUNDER & Owner

Brooke received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Towson University. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Brooke is trained in PROMPT, which is a tactile-kinesthetic approach that uses touch cues to a patient’s articulators to manually guide them through a targeted word, phrase or sentence.
Brooke specializes in working with children with autism, childhood apraxia of speech, and speech sound disorders. Brooke previously worked in self-contained autism classes in Montgomery County Public Schools.
Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband Stephen and two kids, Mia and Mason!
Morgan Bryk
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP

Morgan received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Towson University. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Morgan currently works for a middle school in Montgomery County Middle School. Morgan previously worked at a non-public special education school in Baltimore City with students 6-21 years old.
Morgan is passionate about working with school age children and young adults on the autism spectrum. Along with language development, Morgan also has a special interest in pragmatic language using the Social Thinking curriculum. Additionally, Morgan has experience with many augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems.
Morgan is a proud boy mom of her 2-year-old, Preston and sweet baby Jude. Morgan enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog, Nigel.
Jessi Smith

Jessi received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Towson University. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland, is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is trained in PROMPT.
She currently works in Montgomery County Public Schools in an Elementary School with kids grades K-5, in both general education as well as self-contained Autism classes. Jessi is passionate about working with functional language as well as play-based therapy. She loves working on expressive language and seeing the connection made when children learn how powerful their communication is!
Jessi loves her job and when she is not working, she loves to spend time with her nephew, Jacob!
Adrie Jonhnson
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP

Adrie received her Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Utah State University. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Adrie currently works in Anne Arundel County Public Schools with PreK3-5th grade students in general education, the self-contained Autism class, and the Alternative Academic Classroom. She also has experience working in the private practice setting, the clinical university setting, and the outpatient hospital setting. She has worked with children ranging in age from 18 months to teenage years.
Adrie has a special interest in helping children who have fluency disorders, childhood apraxia of speech/speech sound disorders, and receptive/expressive language needs. Adrie is a big believer in child-led therapy, building self-advocacy skills, and narrative-based story intervention to support language development.
Adrie enjoys exploring the East Coast, playing guitar, and spending time with loved ones.
Dani Decker
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP
Maryland State & ASHA Certified
Dani received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and a certificate in Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a conversational level of French. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Dani is trained in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) and is passionate about neurodiversity and gestalt language development.
Dani currently works for the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program. Prior to working in early intervention, she worked with preschool and high school students in Montgomery County Public Schools and conducted numerous bilingual assessments for students PreK-12. Dani has experience working with children in the areas of expressive/receptive language, articulation, and alternative and augmentative communication (AAC).
Dani enjoys spending time with family and friends – especially if it involves coffee.
Tiffany Lam
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP

Tiffany received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Towson University. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland, is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is trained in PROMPT. Tiffany has previously worked in the pediatric home health setting in Baltimore County with early intervention.Tiffany has experience with working with children from preschool to high school age primarily in her previous years working in a pediatric outpatient setting.
She has a particular interest in working with early intervention and preschool age children. She also has experience with working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, phonological disorders, language disorders, and children who utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Tiffany is passionate about building rapport with the child using child-led therapy and neurodiversity affirming interventions. She believes in collaborating with the child’s family and in a multi-disciplinary team in order for the child to achieve their greatest potential.
Tiffany enjoys reading, yoga, traveling to new places, and watching football with her family.
CASEY Greene
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP

Casey received her Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from Loyola University of Maryland. Prior to receiving her degree in speech-language pathology, she explored a background in psychology and behavioral studies. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
Casey works at a children's hospital and outpatient center in Baltimore City. Casey is passionate about neurodiversity affirming interventions and seeing the child as a whole person. Her areas of interest include gestalt language processing, literacy and phonological awareness, and early intervention. She has many years of experience working with people on the autism spectrum and enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities.
Some of Casey's favorite activities include playing and being active with her dog named Beane, going to farmer's markets on the weekends, and cooking new recipes.
Tara Geller
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP

Tara has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 30 years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia and her Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and via tele-therapy in Florida and is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Tara is the owner of Zenergetic Kids, which provides speech therapy and yoga to children at home and in local preschools. Tara is a neurodiversity affirming clinician who utilizes movement and a child-led, play-based, therapy approach in treatment sessions. She is trained in Natural Language Acquisition (NLA), Sensory strategies and support, and AAC usage. Tara specializes in working with children 1 to 6 years of age (early intervention) and Gestalt Language Processors.
Tara enjoys pairing movement such as yoga to facilitate speech and language learning!
Chandler Matthai

Special Educator, M.Ed
Chandler is a self-contained special educator with Montgomery County Public School’s Autism Unit. She has over 10 years of experience working with students with high-intensity needs.
In addition to tutoring students who benefit from evidence based supports to access content, Chandler co-leads our Howard County Social Skills group!
Chandler’s ideal Saturday includes a farmers market, some window shopping and cheering on the Ravens!
Sara Fink
Special Education Consultant & Social Media Marketing Manager
Sara is a tenured self-contained special educator with Montgomery County Public School’s Autism Unit. In addition to teaching students with high-intensity needs, she is devoted to advocating for students with disabilities, inclusion and better working conditions for special educators alike. She has headed up an inclusion program for a well-known religious school, to further learning and inclusion opportunities for students with disabilities in the community.
In addition to managing our website, social media, and marketing, she serves as a consultant and resource for our contractors to brainstorm any potential behavior interventions and/or accommodations necessary to reduce barriers for our kids.
Sara’s ideal Saturday includes a quality coffee, a hot yoga class, and spending time with her family and friends.
Summer Carbone
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP
Maryland State & ASHA Certified
Summer received her graduate degree from The University of Alabama. She is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. and is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Summer specializes in assistive technology/AAC and early language development.
Summer has worked with many pediatric clients in a variety of clinical settings including early intervention, hospital outpatient, and private practice. She completed the Assistive Technology Certification Program through California State University at Northridge to further her education in AAC and other assistive technologies, including the use of various communication programs and access systems, such as eye tracking and switch access. Additionally, Summer has completed the Inside Out Sensory Certification Course and believes in incorporating sensory regulation strategies and play into speech therapy sessions to support engagement and language learning.
Summer believes in a neurodiversity affirming, strengths-based, approach to therapy that focuses on building rapport with clients and their caregivers to ensure individualized and collaborative care. Summer is passionate about supporting a total communication approach and supporting communicators of all levels become strong self-advocates.
Summer is an avid reader and enjoys traveling, kayaking, and walks in the park with her dog.
JULIA MANNING
Speech Pathologist, M.S., CCC-SLP

Julia earned her bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, with a minor in Deaf Studies, from Towson University. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Loyola University of Maryland. Julia is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Maryland and is an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Currently, Julia works with the Howard County Public School System. She also works part-time at the University of Maryland-Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Julia has a special interest in helping children with speech sound disorders, as well as receptive and expressive language disorders. She has expertise in working with childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), a condition that affects the ability to coordinate the movements needed for speech. In her personal time, Julia enjoys exploring new coffee shops, taking walks with her dogs around Centennial Lake, and watching movies. She is passionate about helping children and families and always looks forward to making a difference in the lives of those she works with.
CHRISTINA BLOMQUIST
Speech Pathologist, PhD, CCC-SLP

Christina received her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Ph.D. in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Maryland. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland and is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She currently works in Prince George's County Public Schools with elementary-age students. She also has previous experience working in private practice with children of all ages, from toddlers to high school students. Christina has a particular interest in working with children who stutter, children with articulation/phonological disorders, and children who use alternative and augmentative communication. She is passionate about neurodiversity affirming interventions, building self-advocacy skills, and providing coaching and education to families. Outside of work, Christina enjoys rock climbing, painting, and playing board games.
BRITTANI ALOMAR

Brittani received her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Howard University. She is licensed to practice in the state of Maryland as well as Washington, DC, and is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Brittani works in a special day school in Baltimore City. She has years of clinical experience in school-based, early intervention, and private practice settings. Brittani also has experience with providing treatment and evaluations to individuals who utilize augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has experience working with children of all ages, ranging from infants and toddlers to high school students. Brittani enjoys traveling, going to hot yoga, and doing pilates in her free time.
